How to integrate a postcode/address lookup on your checkout

To improve the checkout process on your website, you may want to include a tool that allows users to populate the address fields on your checkout automatically (as shown in the example below).

In order to do so, you'll need to use a third party tool that provides the address lookup function.

There are many websites available that offer this function, each have their own pricing structure and methods of integration. We recommend using PCA Predict, most of our clients using these tools use PCA Predict.

As part of the installation process with any tool, it's likely you'll be asked to place some Javascript code on your website's theme.

To do so, you'll need to use the page editor. It's likely that they'll request you to add the code before the </head> section of each page of your website, if so then you should add the code to the master.twig file (located in the /views/other folder of your theme's files).
