My customer put in the wrong details at checkout, can I edit the order?

If a customer places the wrong name, email address, telephone number or wrong address on their order then you can edit all of these details after the order has been placed.

Click 'orders' from the left hand menu, find the order you want to edit and then click on it.

At the top of the order details you'll see a 'click to edit' button next to the 'customer details' title. Click here.

A new page will load with the details entered by the customer.

Enter your new details in these boxes and click the 'save changes' button when you are finished.
